According to the latest statistics in Hung Nguyen district, the floods have submerged 15 hectares of rice, more than 70 hectares of vegetables and over 100 hectares of aquatic products. Nearly 3,000 households in the district were severely flooded in 37 hamlets, in the communes of Hung Yen Bac, Hung Trung, Hung Dao, Hung Yen Nam, Chau Nhan, Xuan Lam...
Regarding traffic, irrigation, and landslides: Floodwaters broke the dike of the Lower Canal in Hamlet 5, Hung Dao Commune with a length of 7m. Flooded roads include: 68 km in Hung Trung, Hung Yen Bac, Hung Thanh, Hung Yen Nam Communes; the main road to the old Hung Nhan Commune was flooded over 1.3m deep; the bridge over Hamlet 1, Hung Linh Commune was flooded with a length of 10m; the bridge 27 over Hamlet 9, Xuan Lam Commune was flooded with a length of 50m; landslides in Hung Yen Bac, Hung Yen Nam, Hung Thanh Communes...
