Today, the water level on the Nam Non and Nam Mo rivers continues to rise. Some villages located along these rivers in Ky Son district are submerged in floodwaters. Many villages are still cut off and inaccessible.

By late this afternoon (July 21), the water level of the Nam Non River was still showing signs of rising. Since morning, the river water has flooded 4 households in Xang Tren village and 1 household in Yen Hoa village.

According to Mr. Luong Van Bay - Vice Chairman of My Ly Commune People's Committee, "There are still 2 isolated villages, Cha Nga and Xop Duong. There is no phone signal there, and the river is very difficult to access. If the river water continues to rise, it will be very worrying."
