Life-sentenced prisoner escapes from prison
Serving a sentence for murder, a young man escaped from Thanh Hoa Prison No. 5 and is being sought.
On November 20, Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Cuu, Warden of Prison No. 5 (under Department C10, Ministry of Public Security, located in Yen Dinh district, Thanh Hoa) said that this unit is deploying forces to capture prisoner Vu Manh Hau (23 years old, from Phu Xuyen district, Hanoi) who escaped from prison.

According to Mr. Cuu, Hau escaped at around 4:00 p.m. on November 18 while working at Team 10, Production Workshop, Sub-camp No. 3. This prisoner is serving a life sentence for murder.
Prison No. 5 announced that local police and people have the right to arrest or immediately report to authorities when discovering fugitives.
