The company also issued a new announcement about changes in salary regulations and annual leave regulations.

In response to these requests, the company's leadership responded that the regional minimum wage will be increased from July 1, 2024 according to regulations of the Vietnamese Government; at the same time, from March 1, 2024, wages will be paid on time and allowances for workers will be increased.
With the support of local authorities, the company agreed to reopen on February 26 and workers have also registered to return to work.
This morning, the leaders of Sein Together Vinh Vina Limited Liability Company announced changes to salary regulations and annual leave regulations to all workers.

The announcement said that from March 2024, the total salary will be equal to the basic salary/number of normal working days in a month plus overtime pay and allowances. Compared to the previous method of calculating wages based on products only, workers' income will increase because allowances have been increased. Specifically, the gasoline allowance is 15,000 VND/day; the diligence allowance is 300,000 VND/month; the seniority allowance is 100,000 VND/month, increasing by 50,000 VND each year; the allowance for children under 6 years old is 20,000 VND/child; the bonus for not violating regulations is 300,000 VND/month... At the same time, annual leave will be arranged by the factory based on the production plan.

According to records, this morning, 315/320 workers returned to work as usual; 5 workers asked for leave for family reasons./.
