Body found hanging on the railing of a motel in Vinh City
(Baonghean.vn) - The victim was a man, found dead by locals hanging next to the railing of a motel in Vinh city.
At around 9am on May 26, residents living around Phan Chu Trinh Street were shocked to discover a body hanging next to the railing on the second floor of motel number 59, lane 75, Phan Chu Trinh Street, Vinh City.

The victim was quite tall and large, wearing white shorts and a dark T-shirt. At the time of discovery, the victim was dead in a lying position.hangedwith a piece of aluminum wire next to the second floor railing.
