Female karaoke bar manager fined 15 million VND for violating epidemic prevention
(Baonghean.vn) - Despite receiving a notice of temporary suspension of operations to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, the Karaoke bar in Hamlet 1, Nghi Phong Commune, Nghi Loc District, managed by Ms. TTH, is still open for customers to sing late at night.
On the morning of July 21, the People's Committee of Nghi Loc district issued a decision to administratively sanction Ms. TTH (born in 1969), residing in Nghi An commune, Vinh city, for violating the measures.epidemic prevention.
Previously, at 11:20 p.m. on July 14, 2021, the working group of Nghi Loc District Police coordinated with Nghi Phong Commune Police to inspect Sinh Vien Karaoke bar in Hamlet 1, Nghi Phong Commune, Nghi Loc District, managed by Ms. TTH.
At the time of inspection, the working group discovered that in room 103 there were 5 people (including 3 men, 2 women)sing karaoke. Although it has received a notice of temporary suspension of operations to prevent and combat the Covid-19 epidemic, Sinh Vien Karaoke is still open for customers to sing.

The above behavior of Ms. TTH violated Point c, Clause 3, Article 12 of Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the medical field.
On the morning of July 21, Ms. Tran Thi Anh Tuyet - Vice Chairman of Nghi Loc District People's Committee signed Decision No. 3063/QD-XPHC to sanction administrative violations in the field of health against Ms. TTH. Accordingly, Ms. H. was fined 15 million VND. Currently, the decision has been sent to Ms. TTH for implementation.
