Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council joins in the Great Unity Festival in Thai Hoa town

Being the first village of Tay Hieu commune to reach the new rural finish line, Phu Tan is also one of the leading flags of the movement to build economic models. Among them, the prominent movements are fruit tree planting, beekeeping and livestock development.

Currently, the whole hamlet has 38 households raising bees, each year collecting over 6 tons of honey, with a revenue of over 1 billion VND. Phu Tan hamlet also has 102 households raising livestock according to the family farm and ranch model, with an average of over 6,000 bees being sold to the market each year, with a profit of over 7 billion VND.

With an average income per capita in the hamlet of over 40 million VND/year; the rate of cultural families reaching 97%. As of 2019, the poverty rate of Phu Tan village is only 0.3%; the number of well-off and rich households is over 60%.

Currently, Phu Tan hamlet Party Cell has 44 party members, of which 40 party members have successfully built economic models of family farms and commercial farms in the locality. The force of union members and young people has more than 60 people, many of whom are outstanding young party members with many high achievements in self-cultivation and training.

Sharing joy with the people at the Great Unity Festival, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien expressed her joy, excitement and acknowledged the results in socio-economic development that Phu Tan hamlet has achieved in recent times.

That achievement is the result of the efforts of each individual, each household, cadre, and local Party member, as well as the consensus of the people, the Party Committee, the government, and the political system, determined to overcome difficulties, strive to change, be creative, and proactively achieve the set goals.

He hopes that the Party Committee, government and people will continue to join hands, unite, uphold the spirit of solidarity, help each other, encourage and assist poor households and families in difficult circumstances to rise up in life, and build Phu Tan homeland to become increasingly rich and civilized.

On this occasion, Comrade Cao Thi Hien presented 40 million VND in support to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ly's family in Con Vang block, Quang Phong ward to build a solidarity house; and presented 10 gifts to 10 extremely poor households in the locality.
