Next, the delegation went to Thanh An commune to give 70 gifts to poor people, each gift worth 500,000 VND.

Talking to local people, comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Hunger eradication and poverty reduction has always been considered by Nghe An province as one of the most important tasks, throughout the process of leadership and direction.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Le Ngoc Hoa said: Responding to the Appeal for Support to help the poor celebrate the Dinh Dau New Year 2017 by Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh, agencies, units, business communities and philanthropists have supported and helped the poor to enjoy the spring, celebrate the New Year, and overcome difficulties in life.

Many gifts were directly delivered by agencies, units and businesses to policy families, poor households, lonely elderly people, orphans, etc., contributing to helping everyone celebrate the traditional Tet holiday more warmly.

This is a traditional activity with many humanistic meanings, demonstrating the good morals of the nation, maintained by Nghe An province for many years every time Tet comes and Spring comes.
