(Baonghean.vn) - Due to weather conditions, construction of the items was delayed, so Vinh City's walking street could not open on New Year's Day as planned.

After the Vinh City People's Committee approved the plan to build a walking street, Vinh City set up an investment project to upgrade infrastructure and beautify walking streets. Mr. Dau Vinh Thinh - Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee said: According to plan, the walking street will be completed and opened on New Year's Day 2020. However, in the past time, the weather conditions were not favorable, plus some items are waiting for the approval of departments and branches, so the opening time will have to be postponed for a while.
