Thanks to that, in recent times, the direction and operation of the People's Committees of wards and communes have become increasingly effective, and the quality of service to the people has been increasingly improved.

In 2014, the department proactively reviewed and promptly resolved policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, and public employees, ensuring all benefits according to state regulations, creating confidence, excitement, and peace of mind for cadres, civil servants, and public employees in their work. Specifically, for administrative agencies, salaries and seniority allowances were increased beyond the framework for 19 cadres and civil servants of the Town People's Committee. For communes and wards, salary ranks and grades were changed for 7 commune and ward civil servants. For public service units, salaries and seniority allowances were increased beyond the framework for 229 cadres and teachers in the education sector and public service units; and salaries were increased ahead of schedule for 22 cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the education sector and public service units under the Town People's Committee...
