Blockade points include: The entire Vinh Phuc block including Bao Son apartment building, part of Tan Phuc, Yen Vinh, An Vinh and Quang Phuc blocks.
The total blockade area has 850 households with a total population of about 4,000 people.

Currently, CDC Nghe An has coordinated with Hung Phuc ward to carry out procedures to expedite the process.full testResidents in the blockade area.
