During the working program, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan and related Government members continued to answer questions on the first group of issues related to the field of agriculture and rural development.

Next, the National Assembly continued to question the second group of issues in the financial sector on: The implementation status and solutions to accelerate the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 on fiscal and monetary policies to support the socio-economic recovery and development program under the State management responsibility of the Ministry of Finance; price management, public procurement and inflation control according to the Resolution of the National Assembly.

Current situation, causes and solutions to remove bottlenecks, promote equitization, divestment of state capital in enterprises and transformation of public service units into joint stock companies. Activities of the capital market, securities, corporate bonds in recent times, solutions to rectify and handle violations, especially the situation of manipulation, price fixing, providing distorted, unverified, inaccurate information affecting the market; solutions to build and develop a healthy financial market, ensuring safety and sustainability in the coming time.

Measures to combat tax losses, especially in business activities and real estate transfers. Tax management for business activities on digital platforms. Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc and several members of the Government participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.

After the question and answer session in the financial sector, the National Assembly Chairman continued to preside over the questioning of the third group of issues in the banking sector on: The implementation status and solutions to accelerate the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 on fiscal and monetary policies to support the socio-economic recovery and development program under the State management responsibility of the State Bank; coordination of fiscal policies on inflation control and strengthening the macroeconomic foundation.
