Quy Chau elected additional Chairman of the District People's Council

On April 10, the People's Council of Quy Chau district held the 15th session (special session) to carry out a number of personnel work contents. Attending the meeting were comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and representatives of provincial Party committees.

At the meeting of the Standing Committee of the District People's Council, the Proposal to elect an additional position of Chairman of the District People's Council was approved. 100% of the District People's Council delegates voted in agreement to elect Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai as Chairman of the District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

Previously, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 2112-QD/TU, dated September 21, 2023, approving the position of Secretary of the Quy Chau District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the District People's Committee.

Speaking at the District People's Council meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai thanked the District People's Council delegates for their attention and trust in him, and for entrusting him with the task of Chairman of the District People's Council of Quy Chau. This is a great honor but also a great responsibility. He promised to always cultivate, train and strive to fulfill the tasks assigned by the District People's Council Resolutions; hoping that the Party Committee, cadres, Party members, people and the District People's Council delegates would help in all areas of work, support and share so that he can fulfill his assigned responsibilities.
