Adjusted planning to expand Nghia My industrial park, Thai Hoa town
(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued a Decision approving the adjustment and expansion of the detailed construction planning of Nghia My industrial cluster, Thai Hoa town from 35ha to 70ha; detailed construction scale 1/2,000.

Nghia My Industrial Cluster, Thai Hoa Town was established in 2007 with an area of 35 hectares, invested in traffic infrastructure, electricity supply... The cluster is located at Chua Chanh field in Nghia My commune; intersecting National Highway 48, near Ho Chi Minh trail. This is a favorable location for trading goods.
Up to now, many domestic and foreign enterprises have invested in construction such as: Nam Trung Company producing super fine white stone powder, Wonkem Company, HiTex Company... the occupancy rate of the industrial park has reached 60.3%.

To develop the master plan of Thai Hoa town with a vision from now to 2030, the Provincial People's Committee recently signed a decision approving the adjustment and expansion of the planning of Nghia My industrial cluster from 35 hectares to 70 hectares, with detailed construction at a scale of 1/2,000.
Of which, the planned land use area for building factories and production workshops is about 56 hectares; land for building wastewater treatment plants is 1.6 hectares; land for planting trees is 2.6 hectares; land for building traffic systems is 8.1 hectares. The location is on the current land and is expanded to the North, along National Highway 48D (Thai Hoa to Dong Hoi) to the end of the boundary of Nghia My commune, close to Nghia Trung commune (Nghia Dan).
The purpose of adjusting and expanding Nghia My industrial cluster is not only to contribute to attracting investment and solving employment problems for local workers, but also to gradually promote economic development, making Thai Hoa soon become a commercial, industrial and service center of the Northwest region of Nghe An province./.
