(Baonghean.vn) - After storm No. 4 passed, Cua Lo residents rushed to the beach to collect clams and cockles that washed ashore.

Along the Thu Thuy ward beach, the waves have brought many clams to the sand. Therefore, people just need to bring tools to collect them to prepare dishes or to sell.

After just a few hours, some families collected several hundred kilograms of clams worth millions of dong.

Mr. Trinh Xuan Tuong - a Thu Thuy resident said: Normally after each storm passes, the waves bring many clams to shore for people so everyone is very happy. However, this year, after storm No. 4, the number of blood cockles washed ashore is more than in previous years.
