Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired. Also attending were Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

At the meeting, delegates listened to and gave their opinions on the following contents: amending Decision No. 195/QD-UBND.VX dated January 24, 2011 on regulations on receiving, managing and using donations at historical and cultural relics in the province; project to improve health education communication capacity of Nghe An province in the period 2015 - 2020.

Comrade Hoang Thi Quynh Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented new points in the regulations on receiving, managing and using donations at historical and cultural relics in the province.

Comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee gave his opinion on amending the decision on regulations on receiving, managing and using donations at historical and cultural relics in the province.

Regarding the reception, management and use of donations at historical and cultural relics in the province, delegates attending the meeting agreed that it is necessary to conduct specific surveys and assess the actual number of visitors and management activities at historical and cultural relics in the province, thereby developing appropriate plans and programs. In order for the budget for the restoration and embellishment of relics to be truly effective, the appraisal work needs to be carried out seriously and specifically, and it is necessary to establish internal regulations and specific spending plans, both ensuring the initiative of the facility and creating conditions for transparent and democratic state management.

With the project to improve health education communication capacity for the period 2015 - 2020, Mr. Hoang Van Hao - Deputy Director of the Department of Health said that the sector will strengthen training and propaganda through nearly 50 training courses on basic and advanced skills for health workers at all levels; 20 thematic reports, 130 "your doctor" columns and medical pages broadcast on the provincial Radio and Television Station and posted on Nghe An Newspaper; more than 3 million leaflets on disease prevention and control distributed to each family;... Comrade Nguyen Van Do - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment said that the health sector needs to closely coordinate with media and press agencies to make the project highly effective.

Delegates attending the meeting also heard the presentation of the project "Strengthening the implementation of the construction, management and exploitation of judicial databases in Nghe An province" and the planning for aquaculture development in Nghe An province to 2020, with a vision to 2030.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Que Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice presented the project "Strengthening the implementation of the work of building, managing and exploiting judicial databases in Nghe An province".

Comrade Nguyen Huu Cau - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police Department highly agreed with the content of the project, affirming the role of exploiting and managing judicial databases in ensuring social order and security.

According to the report of the People's Court of Nghe An province, from 2010 to 2014, the Court sector has accepted 11,684 cases and tried 21,664 defendants in criminal cases at first instance and appeal. In addition to the amount of information on criminal records, the amount of information on the enforcement of civil judgments in criminal judgments is also very large, thereby leading to the need to develop and implement the project.
