In the second quarter of 2017, the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office actively implemented the work plan and Notice No. 632-TB/TU, promptly responding to the leadership and direction requirements of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Offices have actively advised on directives and projects of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee such as: Advising on the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee's Directive on strengthening the role of setting examples, practicing thrift, and fighting waste among cadres and party members.

Advise and direct the implementation of Project No. 01 - DA/TU dated August 10, 2016 of the Provincial Party Committee on building Party cells and developing Party members in blocks, hamlets and villages without Party cells or Party members and blocks and hamlets at risk of no longer having Party cells in the period of 2016 - 2020; Advise and report on the implementation status of the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect", promote the role of people's contributions, strive to prevent and repel degradation, "self-evolution, self-transformation"...

In the second quarter, the whole province admitted 1,375 new party members (including 220 comrades from ethnic minorities and 6 comrades from Catholic backgrounds).

In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Offices have promptly and proactively issued many projects; coordinated and directed the organization of propaganda to celebrate major holidays; directed the resolution of urgent and urgent incidents at units.

Discussing at the meeting, comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board said: In the second quarter of 2017, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board focused on reviewing the work of cadre planning for 2015-2020, supplementing the planning for 2020-2025, summarizing the project to improve the quality of Party cell activities, organizing the awarding and posthumous awarding of Party Badges.

In the coming time, the Organizing Committee will focus on preparing content for the Provincial Party Standing Committee to participate in the Workshop on innovation in leadership methods of the apparatus organization in the political system organized by the Central Organizing Committee. The important content has many new issues, so the province will focus on giving comments to the Central Committee so that the project can come to life.

Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reported that the key task of the Commission is to inspect, supervise, and urge after the 4th Central Committee review (term XII), especially implementing the solutions proposed by the units, with special attention paid to the units suggested and oriented for review.

At the same time, the Inspection Committee advised on supplementing the program and monitoring the BTV to monthly grasp the implementation situation after the review of 10 units suggested by the BTV for review.

Concluding the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary Nguyen Xuan Son highly appreciated the Office and Party committees for closely following their tasks, coordinating efforts to complete tasks, creating changes in all aspects of Party building, and advising the work of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

Regarding the tasks of the third quarter, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that the Office and Party committees need to review the programs of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee in the third quarter. Learning from the experience of storm No. 2, in addition to the general tasks, it is necessary to pay attention to natural disaster prevention and control, remove difficulties for production and businesses, and focus on speeding up the progress of key projects.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son emphasized that the Office and the Committees need to focus on bringing the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure), Resolution of the 5th Central Committee and Directive 05 of the Politburo into life. Accordingly, the Propaganda Department focuses on strengthening propaganda, summarizing and replicating models, typical examples and good practices. The Organizing Committee does a good job of organizing the staff apparatus. Along with that, promote the implementation of Project 01 to contribute to consolidating and building the political system of special regions.

For the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, it is necessary to strengthen supervision and correction after review according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, through inspection and supervision of impacts, creating positive changes in all fields. The Mass Mobilization Committee directs well the congresses of mass organizations, organizes mass mobilization, especially in special areas, and carries out emulation movements well. The Internal Affairs Committee focuses on summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive 15, urging the handling of cases, complaints and denunciations. The Provincial Party Committee Office prepares well for events that will take place in the coming time.
