Accordingly, 10 bicycles and hundreds of books and notebooks were presented by the Hanoi Red Cross Society to 10 students with difficult circumstances who strive to study well. 20 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) were also given to policy families with especially difficult circumstances in the communes of Nam Nghia, Nam Thai and Nam Hung.
