Visiting and giving support money to 2 families whose children drowned in Quy Hop
(Baonghean.vn) - Leaders of Quy Hop district visited, encouraged and gave nearly 26 million VND in support to the two families of Mr. Lo Van Dan, in Manh village (Bac Son) whose son is Lo Duc Thien (4 years old) and the family of Ms. Vo Thi Binh in Tan Hop hamlet (Tam Hop) whose son is Phan Gia Hung (2 years old) both drowned.

At the victims' families, leaders of Quy Hop district expressed their condolences and encouraged the families to overcome the pain soon; and gave each family nearly 13 million VND. Leaders of Quy Hop district also requested localities to pay more attention and promote propaganda work, organize activities to educate children on drowning prevention skills in all localities in the district.

Previously, on the morning of August 30, Lo Duc Thien (4 years old), living in Manh village (Bac Son) died when he fell into a water hole his family dug right in front of his house. Phan Gia Hung (2 years old), living in Tan Hop hamlet (Tam Hop), was playing in the hamlet when he fell into a water hole next to the road and died on the afternoon of September 2.
