This is the first time I have been able to run for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term, but I have had time to rotate to the grassroots level and also participated in the Provincial People's Council meetings as a guest. I see this as a forum for each People's Council delegate to convey pressing issues, thoughts, aspirations and legitimate proposals of voters to the Provincial People's Council; participate in promoting intelligence and voting on important decisions of the province.

Being a member of the Provincial People's Council is both an honor and a responsibility for me. If I am elected by voters as a member of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016-2020, I will carry out the following key tasks:

The first,I will regularly maintain relationships with voters; through meetings with voters before and after each session of the People's Council or through various communication channels, to grasp the pressing issues, thoughts, aspirations and legitimate suggestions of voters to convey and honestly reflect voters' opinions to the Provincial People's Council and relevant sectors. At the same time, report to voters the results of the activities of the People's Council and myself.

Second, I will fulfill my responsibility to fully participate in meetings, sessions and activities of the People's Council; contribute opinions, discuss and vote on issues within the duties and powers of the People's Council and participate in supervising the implementation of the State's policies, laws and guidelines.

Third, with its responsibility to work at the Provincial Party Committee Office, it performs advisory, service, and assistance work to the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee in organizing and directing the leadership work of the Party Committee; helping the Party Committee innovate leadership methods, improve leadership quality for the political system and all areas of social life. Together with the Provincial Party Committee Office, it proactively advises on the annual work program and monthly work plan of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to ensure comprehensive leadership in all areas, while focusing on key points and promptly resolving urgent issues in the area.

As Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee Office, in charge of the Economic and Internal Affairs Sector, I will actively advise and propose to the provincial leaders on socio-economic development and the Internal Affairs Sector, and effective anti-corruption. At the same time, I will receive citizens, receive and advise on the handling of complaints, denunciations, and petitions of citizens, forward them to competent authorities for resolution, and notify the complainants, denouncers, and petitioners.

Fourth, Actively stay close to the grassroots, join with Quy Chau district (the nominated candidate) to have solutions to carry out the socio-economic development tasks for the period 2016 - 2020. In particular, focus on issues of concern such as:

- Attract investment, increase budget revenue, develop industry - handicrafts - trade and services, build economic models suitable for the area, speed up the construction progress of key projects and unfinished projects in the area such as: Bringing electricity from the center of 3 inner communes to the village, Hoa Hai bridge...

- Pay attention to poverty reduction, increase income and improve people's lives, bring people in remote areas closer to medical, educational and information and communication services. Propose to competent authorities to solve and remove problems at the grassroots level.

Fifth, To complete the above tasks, I will always try my best, learn, be open-minded, practice, cultivate ethics, be responsible for my goals and work to serve the people and fulfill assigned tasks well, be exemplary in life; stick closely to the grassroots to direct and advise branches and local levels to promptly resolve issues arising from the grassroots, worthy of being a delegate of the Provincial People's Council and the trust and expectations of voters.
