Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung - Deputy Director of Vinh City Green Park Joint Stock Company said: After learning about the critical situation of the damage caused by storm No. 3, the unit asked for permission from Vinh City People's Committee to be able to go to the scene and support the handling of fallen trees after the storm. After the plan was agreed upon, the workers at the unit enthusiastically registered to go to Hanoi to accompany the people of the capital.

After 2 days of work, according to the workers' reports, this time the tree removal work was more difficult than the previous storms due to the large number of fallen trees, including many large, old trees, so pruning, clearing, and transporting the trees also took more time. However, the workers still encouraged each other to strive to complete the task to share the difficulties with the people of the capital.

It is known that in 2010, storm No. 10 directly hit Nghe An, causing heavy damage in Vinh City and neighboring districts. At that time, the Hanoi Green Tree Company also mobilized forces to support Nghe An to overcome the consequences. Therefore, supporting Hanoi City this time is not only to minimize damage but also to show gratitude and solidarity with the capital Hanoi for supporting Nghe An in difficult times.
