The Vinh City People's Committee has just issued a plan to deploy 3 solutions to apply information technology in the field of smart cities, including: VNPT - Ecabinet paperless meeting room system; VNPT-Orim-x online feedback and interaction management system and information portal connecting agricultural supply and demand, safe connection.

Accordingly, through the VNPT - Ecabinet application, city meetingsNo printed documents will be used, open source documents and lookup on the system, the host and delegates have instant documents, the ability to get opinions and vote remotely shortens the time to process work. Thereby, saving costs, saving time, updating information promptly, reporting fully and accurately.

Through the VNPT Orim-x application developed by VNPT, city residents can quickly report violations of encroachment on roadsides, illegal trading, illegal construction, etc. The management agencies of each field of traffic, environment, urban order, etc. also have more convenience when handling on the spot.

Thereby, improving the efficiency, professionalism, and sense of responsibility of civil servants and public employees in guiding, handling, and communicating with people and businesses, thereby improving the quality of service to people and businesses in Vinh city.

The set of 3 technology solutions includes VNPT eCabinet Paperless Meeting Room System, City Connecting Supply and Demand of Safe Food and System for Reflecting Online Interactive Suggestions of People. Thereby, contributing to improving the effectiveness of direction and administration of the city government, enhancing the quality of service to the people, contributing to promoting the consumption and promotion of safe and quality agricultural products, bringing practical benefits to the people of Vinh city.
