After hearing the announcement of some developments of the epidemic and some urgent issues and solutions of the province in epidemic prevention work, the Vinh City Party Committee launched a donation drive to support the Covid-19 Epidemic Prevention Fund within the entire City Party Committee.

On this occasion, Vinh City Party Secretary Phan Duc Dong called on all party members, staff of agencies and units and people of the city to actively join hands to support the Covid epidemic prevention fund. At the same time, he directed departments, unions, agencies and units and socio-political organizations in Vinh city to actively and effectively deploy epidemic prevention measures in the area, and well implement the 5K principle of the Ministry of Health to minimize the spread of the epidemic.
After the launching ceremony, the City Party Executive Committee held a meeting to approve important contents in preparation for the City People's Council meeting to elect key positions of the Vinh City People's Council and People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
