14 more community Covid-19 cases, Hanoi has 5 new cases in Nam Tu Liem

According to the Ministry of Health,Bac Ninhrecorded 1 new Covid-19 case, a female patient, 29 years old, from Hai Duong, temporarily residing in Bac Ninh. This case has a husband (patient 1565) and a child (patient 1652) who are 2 previously recorded cases, related to the outbreak in Chi Linh City, Hai Duong.

Peace2 cases were recorded, with permanent residence in Tan Lac district and Hoa Binh city. These people are related to the outbreak in Chi Linh, Hai Duong, epidemiological information is being further investigated.

Gia Lai2 cases were recorded, permanent residence in Ayun Pa town, Gia Lai province, with a history of contact with 2 previous patients in Ayun Pa town, Gia Lai province.

Hanoi5 cases recorded, permanent residence in Nam Tu Liem district, with history of contact with patient 1694.

Hai Duong4 new cases were recorded, all in Chi Linh. Epidemiological information of these cases is under further investigation.

As of the morning of January 31, Vietnam has recorded a total of 1,781 Covid-19 cases, including 914 domestic cases. From January 28 to now, the country has recorded 221 cases of community transmission in 8 provinces: Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Gia Lai, Hai Phong and Hoa Binh.

Regarding treatment, medical facilities across the country have cured 1,456 Covid-19 patients.

To date, the total number of people in close contact and entering from epidemic areas being monitored for health nationwide is 23,065. Of these, 150 people are quarantined in hospitals, 20,336 people are quarantined in other facilities, and 2,579 cases are quarantined at home or at their place of residence.
