On September 8, Mr. Dau Xuan Manh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Thap commune (Dien Chau), said that he had just signed a document on strengthening the management of people in home quarantine and preventing the Covid-19 epidemic.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Dien Thap commune calls on all organizations and individuals to uphold their sense of responsibility in monitoring and promptly detecting cases of citizens returning to their localities from epidemic areas who escape quarantine, do not make medical declarations, cases of home quarantine but do not comply with current regulations, and arbitrarily leave the quarantine area without permission from competent authorities.

The Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control in Dien Thap Commune will reward one million VND/time for the whistleblower. The whistleblower will be kept confidential and protected by Dien Thap Commune Police in accordance with the law.
