Deputy Minister of Science and Technology visits and presents gifts to charity class in Tan Ky
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 21, a delegation of officials from the Ministry of Science and Technology led by Deputy Minister Bui The Duy visited and presented gifts to a charity class in Tan Ky district.
Also attending were representatives of the Department of Science and Technology of Nghe An province and leaders of Tan Ky district.
This is the class of Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoc in Tan Lap hamlet, Tan Long commune, Tan Ky district.
Mr. Hoc’s charity class was opened in 2008 and has attracted thousands of students from inside and outside the commune for more than 10 years. Currently, there are about 100 students from grades 6 to 9 studying here.

On this occasion, the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology and his fellow delegates presented the class with 100 gifts including notebooks, pens, school bags and 30 million VND in cash with the hope of supporting a small part of the cost to repair desks and chairs and purchase additional school supplies.
