On the afternoon of July 23, Lieutenant General Vu Chien Thang - Deputy Minister of Home Affairs and the delegation came to present gifts to poor households in Hung Loc commune (Vinh city). At the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang and the delegation presented 200 gifts to 200 poor households, people with disabilities, and orphans in Hung Loc commune. Each gift is worth 700,000 VND.
