Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Council announced the convening of a thematic meeting

The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Council has just issued a Notice convening the 19th Session (special session) of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 to carry out the contents under its authority.

Previously, on March 29, based on legal regulations and practical situations, the Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch requesting the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to organize a thematic meeting to consider and approve a number of important contents to develop the economy, society, build new rural areas, and implement national target programs...

Accordingly, at the 19th Session taking place on the morning of April 22, it is expected that the Provincial People's Committee will submit 14 resolutions to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and promulgation; at the same time, the Provincial People's Council will carry out personnel work within its authority, specifically, carrying out the procedure for terminating the duties of a delegate of the 18th Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 due to job transfer for 1 delegate.

List of 14 proposed resolutions to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval at the 19th Session

1. Resolution on assigning the estimated revenue, expenditure and payment to the state budget from retained fees in 2024; allocating the estimated local budget in 2024 (phase 1).

2. Resolution on allocating career funding from the central budget to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in 2024.

3. Resolution on the allocation of career funds from the central budget to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in 2024.

4. Resolution on the allocation of central budget funds to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas in 2024.

5. Resolution on handling the remaining undisbursed capital under the public investment plan from local budget sources in 2023.

6. Resolution on handling the remaining unallocated and undisbursed capital from the provincial budget allocated in 2023.

7. Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 26/2022/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2022 stipulating the percentage of land use fee revenue from projects with land use fee collection for the provincial budget to create capital sources for compensation, support for site clearance of Vinh International Airport project and investment in the construction of an access bridge connecting National Highway 7C with Cua Lo deep-water port.

8. Resolution regulating the prices of medical examination and treatment services not covered by the health insurance fund at state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of Nghe An province.

9. Resolution on the policy of converting forest use to other purposes to implement projects in Nghe An province.

10. Resolution on approving additional teacher staffing for the 2023-2024 school year and adjusting the total staffing in public service units and Association organizations in 2024.

11. Resolution regulating tuition fees in public educational institutions; tuition support levels for private primary school students who are eligible for tuition exemption and reduction policies according to regulations under the management of Nghe An province from the 2023-2024 school year.

12. Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 30/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2021 stipulating social assistance standards and support policies for a number of social protection beneficiaries in Nghe An province.

13. Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 32/2020/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2020 stipulating support policies for people with revolutionary contributions from poor households in the province for the period 2021 - 2025.

14. Resolution on adjusting investment policies for public investment projects.
