At the investigation agency, the subject confessed to being Hoang Quoc Viet (born 1969), residing in Phong Thinh commune, Thanh Chuong district.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and expanded by Thanh Chuong District Police, and the subject is being handled according to the provisions of law.
