Vinh City: Announcing the results of the vote of confidence for positions elected by the People's Council
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 18, the 8th session of the People's Council of Vinh city, Nghe An for the 2016 - 2021 term conducted a vote of confidence for 17 positions elected by the City People's Council.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 85/2014/QH13 dated November 28, 2014 of the National Assembly, Vinh city has 20 officials eligible for a vote of confidence. However, pursuant to Instruction No. 321/HD-UBTVQH14 dated October 2, 2018 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, there are 3 officials who, although elected by the City People's Council, have not held their current positions for a full 9 months, up to the time of the meeting to hold the vote of confidence, so they are not eligible for this vote.
Based on the voting results, the City People's Council voted to pass a Resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence for those holding positions elected by the City People's Council for the 2016-2021 term..

The specific results of the vote of confidence are as follows:

+ Number of votes of confidence: 5 votes (accounting for 13.15% of the total number of People's Council delegates).
+ Low number of votes of confidence: 0 votes (accounting for 0% of the total number of People's Council delegates).
2. Mr. Le Van Ngoc - Vice Chairman of the People's Council
+ High number of votes of confidence: 34 votes (accounting for 89.47% of the total number of People's Council delegates).
+ Number of votes of confidence: 3 votes (accounting for 7.89% of the total number of People's Council delegates).
+ Low number of votes of confidence: 0 votes (accounting for 0% of the total number of People's Council delegates).
3. Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh - Head of the Economic - Social Committee, People's Council
