Vinh City: Many restaurants still serve customers on-site despite the ban

According to records, although Vinh City has strictly banned on-site dining services, only allowing take-out sales from 0:00 on August 15, in reality, many restaurants still violate the law. Among them, some restaurants gather large crowds to drink beer on the spot, do not maintain distance, potentiallyrisk of spreading the epidemicespecially when Vinh City has had Covid-19 infections in the community.

6 violating shops include:

- Snack shop number 199 Le Viet Thuat street

- Bao Trung Goat Restaurant, No. 36 Phan Dang Luu Street

- Be Thang Draft Beer Shop at 218 Nguyen Duy Trinh Street

- Bin Bo Snack Shop No. 72 Chu Van An Street

- Cuong Thao dog meat restaurant at 173 Le Viet Thuat street

- Huong Yen Draft Beer Shop, 73 Chu Van An Street

Due to the first day of implementing Plan No. 177/KH-UBND dated August 15 of Vinh City People's Committee as well as creating conditions for some restaurants to be able to handle all the imported food, the authorities have reminded these restaurants.

However, starting from August 16, businesses that violate regulations on epidemic prevention and control in Vinh City will be strictly handled according to regulations.
