Struggling to solve urban civilization problems
Delegate Tran Hoang Song - Chairman of Doi Cung Ward People's Committee raised the issue: One of the key tasks that Vinh city is aiming for isurban civilizationHowever, currently at the city gates and centers, especially Vinh market area, cows are still roaming freely in herds.This issue has been reported many times but has not been resolved.

Regarding this issue, delegate Nguyen Xuan Huan - Chairman of Ben Thuy Ward People's Committee informed that previously the city assigned wards and communes to handle the situation of free-range cows, but the handling was not effective and proposed a policy mechanism to change jobs for people similar to the policy to stop the operation of homemade agricultural vehicles as before.
