Vinh City will organize meetings and dialogues with businesses once a month.

In order to grasp the production and business situation and the thoughts and aspirations of enterprises and business households, on the morning of May 6, in Vinh City, the City People's Committee organized an annual meeting and dialogue plan with enterprises, business households and cooperatives in the area.

Comrade Tran Ngoc Tu - Chairman of the City People's Committee stated the purpose of the meeting forum, which is to support and accompany businesses and business households in removing difficulties and obstacles; listen to the advice of businessmen, and create a relationship of trust between the city government and businesses. The form, content, time and space of the meeting are also open, expected to meet once a month.

Specifically, the first session is expected to be held in mid-May, which is the launching ceremony of the Vinh City Business Dialogue Forum 2020 with the theme "City Government accompanies entrepreneurs in economic development". Through meetings and exchanges, city leaders will have solutions to handle difficulties and obstacles or respond according to their authority; at the same time, recommend departments, branches and the Provincial People's Committee to resolve and respond at the provincial forum.

According to the plan, the meetings and dialogues with businesses will have representatives from departments and branches; depending on the topic, there will be 70 - 80 delegates and businesses invited to attend.

At the meeting, representatives of Vinh city departments and agencies gave comments to supplement the city's meeting plan, and at the same time recommended to the province on some contents to create legal basis and decentralization conditions for the city to implement. On the side of provincial departments and agencies, they highly appreciated Vinh city's new idea of ​​organizing this dialogue forum and hoped that the city would prepare well the contents to be a model for other districts and towns; at the same time, they suggested supplementing the composition of the delegates attending and the organization time to suit the actual situation.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Tran Ngoc Tu - Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee respectfully accepted the opinions of representatives of departments, branches and associations; and at the same time, he said that in recent times, in order to find solutions to promote socio-economic and urban development, Vinh City has organized many delegations to learn from experiences in large cities.
