(Baonghean.vn) - The above information was announced by comrade Nguyen Van Lu - Standing Deputy Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee at the online meeting between the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committees of districts, cities, town Party Committees, and affiliated Party Committees on the implementation of tasks in the third quarter and the deployment of key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2019 (held on the morning of October 16).
Accordingly, since the beginning of October 2019, the city has piloted the concurrent holding of the positions of head of the organization - internal affairs, inspection - audit sector.
Specifically, comrade Nguyen Van Chinh - Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee concurrently holds the position of Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vinh City People's Committee; comrade Tran Thi Cam Tu - Head of the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee concurrently holds the position of Chief Inspector of Vinh City.

Previously, the announcement on the approval of the project to reorganize the apparatus, streamline the payroll and restructure the staff, civil servants and public employees of localities, agencies and units of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on February 13 agreed to pilot the concurrent holding of the position of head or merge a number of Party committees and specialized agencies of the government, Party committees and the Fatherland Front with similar functions and tasks at the provincial and district levels in places with sufficient conditions, ensuring the roadmap that localities have built in the project.

In particular, Vinh City and 8 other localities in the province piloted the head of the Party Committee's organization board to be concurrently the head of the district-level internal affairs department and the Party Committee's inspection board to be concurrently the district-level chief inspector.
