Vinh City fined 14 cases of cycling for morning exercise
(Baonghean.vn) - To strictly implement Directive 16 of the Prime Minister, on the morning of June 29, Ha Huy Tap and Nghi Phu wards and communes organized patrols and penalized 14 cases of cycling for exercise.

In Nghi Phu commune, local authorities and functional forces also promptly recorded 4 cases and confiscated 4 bicycles of residents in apartment buildings in the area for not complying with Directive 16 of the Prime Minister on epidemic prevention and control.

Currently, the authorities of Ha Huy Tap ward and Nghi Phu commune have drawn up records to confiscate the violating vehicles and impose administrative fines of 1 to 3 million VND for each case, applying Article 12, Decree 117/2020/ND-CP of the Government.
