(Baonghean.vn) - On February 3, Yen Thanh district and the Provincial Border Guard Youth Union visited and gave Tet gifts to patients and disadvantaged families in Yen Thanh and Ky Son districts.

To take good care of people's health, this year's Tet holiday, Yen Thanh General Hospital mobilized all leaders, doctors and nurses to take turns on duty according to regulations.

As of the afternoon of the 29th of Tet, Yen Thanh General Hospital had 117 inpatients, mainly the elderly and children, including 13 emergency cases. District leaders encouraged, visited and presented 117 gifts to the patients, hoping that the patients would recover soon in time to celebrate Tet and enjoy Spring with their families.

Previously,Provincial Border Guard Youth UnionCoordinated with Muong Ai Border Post to give 11 million VND to the family of Mr. Cut Pho Ban in Na Mi village, Muong Ai commune, Ky Son district, who has 3 disabled children.

On January 14, 2019, baonghean.vn published an article: “Pitying the scene of 3 Khmu children crawling on their knees” reflecting on the pitiful situation of the family of Mr. Cut Pho Ban. Ms. Cut Y Phang gave birth to 6 children, but unfortunately 3 of them were born with disabilities. The family’s life was very difficult. After the newspaper published the article, many readers donated money to support Mr. Ban’s family with the hope of helping the family reduce difficulties in taking care of the children.
