Giving Tet gifts to the poor in Tha Do village (Ky Son) and Na Muong village (Laos)
On the afternoon of January 11, the Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper, Tha Do Border Guard Station coordinated with the Technical and Off-line Department of the Provincial Police, DCI Nghe An, and Thien An Gia Joint Stock Company to present 180 Tet gifts to households in Tha Do village, Muong Tip commune (Ky Son) and Na Muong village (Noong Het, Laos).
Implementing the Appeal Letter of the Provincial Party Secretary to support and help the poor and people in difficult circumstances to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2025; promoting the fine tradition of "mutual love and support" of the nation, units have donated and given Tet gifts to disadvantaged families in the mountainous district of Ky Son.

Tha Do village, Muong Tip commune, Ky Son district has 137 households, of which 124 are poor and near-poor. People here mainly live on raising livestock and farming, so life is still difficult and deprived.

Sharing the difficulties of people in the border area, the Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper, Tha Do Border Guard Station, Technical and Off-line Department, Provincial Police, Nghe An DCI Group and Thien An Gia Joint Stock Company coordinated to present 180 gifts to people in Tha Do village (Ky Son) and Na Muong village (Noong Het). Each gift worth 350,000 VND includes: rice, salt, fish sauce, dried fish and other necessities. The Technical and Off-line Department, Provincial Police also presented 10 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND in cash, to families in especially difficult circumstances in Tha Do village, to encourage people to celebrate the Lunar New Year happily and warmly.

On this occasion, the delegation also presented gifts to families in Na Muong village, Noong Het district, Laos. Na Muong village has 39 households, located about 2km from Tha Do Border Guard Station, about 24km from Noong Het center, the road is difficult to travel, so trading and medical activities mainly take place in Ky Son district. Sharing the difficulties of the people, the delegation presented 39 gifts including rice and other necessities.
