Grand prize for U13 Song Lam Nghe An

At the 2023 National U13 Finals, U13Lam River Nghe Anled by coach Le Manh Huy, has affirmed its superior strength, when it won all matches, scored 24 goals and did not concede any. Thereby, successfully defended the National U13 Championship, and dominated this tournament with 10 championships.

This is also the first youth championship in 2023 of Nghe An Club. Previously, U17 Song Lam Nghe An won the Bronze Medal at the 2023 National U17 Football Tournament; U19 Song Lam Nghe An won the Silver Medal at the 2023 National U19 Football Tournament.

Also in this year's season, in addition to the U13 Championship, Song Lam Nghe An also made a strong impression when owning a series of secondary awards, such as Top Scorer - Pham Nguyen Tuan Anh (scored 9 goals); Best Player of the tournament - Hoang Anh Tuan; Players included in the typical squad such as Bui Van Tu, Pham Nguyen Tuan Anh, Hoang Anh Tuan, Nguyen Hong Quan.

During the welcoming and award ceremony, U13 Song Lam Nghe An and the Supporters' Association went to Ho Chi Minh Square to offer flowers and report their achievements to Uncle Ho. After that, the group paraded through the main streets of Vinh city center, before returning to the award ceremony at the headquarters of Song Lam Nghe An Club.

At the award ceremony, comrade Tran Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the U13 Song Lam Nghe An team. In particular, she also expressed her pride when U13 Song Lam Nghe An always upholds the strong will, not afraid of difficulties to achieve commendable results.

The Director of the Department of Culture and Sports hopes that in the coming time, the players will continue to make more efforts in training, maintain the spirit of solidarity, cultivate morality, take care of health and physical strength so that the next tournaments will continue to reap more high achievements for the Song Lam Nghe An Club in particular and the province's football in general.

Comrade Tran Thi My Hanh also suggested that Song Lam Nghe An Club must regularly care for the children from cultural studies, moral training, nutrition, and football training to help them develop further on the path they have chosen, become future stars and contribute to the development of Vietnamese football.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Nghe An province decided to award U13 Song Lam Nghe An with an amount of 360 million VND. Coach Phan Nhu Thuat awarded the best player of the 2023 National U13 tournament - Hoang Anh Tuan, and sponsor Eurosun also awarded 5 million VND and gifts to the best player of the 2023 National U13 tournament./.
