Summoned young man who fled after traffic collision that broke old woman's leg

After the accident, the young man drove the motorbike away from the scene, the remaining motorbike with license plate 37M1 - 6869 was driven by Ms. LTD (born in 1947), residing in Hung Dung ward.

The accident caused Ms. LTD to break her leg, become unconscious and was taken to the hospital by local people for emergency treatment. At 9:30 a.m. on March 12, 2021, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Vinh City Police searched and verified that the motorcyclist in the above accident was NVC (born 2000), residing in Dien Hanh commune, Dien Chau district.
C. is currently a student at a university in Vinh City. While on his way home from school, C. drove a motorbike with license plate 37F2 - 731.98 to the above road and had a traffic collision with Ms. LTD.
Currently, the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police is continuing to investigate the incident./.
