Attending the festival were comrades: Le Ba Hung - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Pham Van Tan - Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An; representatives of provincial departments, branches, and neighboring districts, along with a large number of people from Phu Quy land.
Lang Vac is an archaeological site of the Dong Son culture period, dating back thousands of years. At this site, archaeologists have discovered 1,228 valuable artifacts of historical, cultural and scientific value, such as: bronze drums, bronze axes, daggers, glass jewelry, etc.

This year's festival has two main parts: The procession of the nine-handled cauldron from the festival grounds to the temple and the worshiping ceremony to pray for favorable weather, good crops, and a happy and prosperous people. According to the traditional village cultural rituals, solemn and respectful, it shows the gratitude and remembrance of the origin of today's generation. The festival takes place in a bustling atmosphere with folk games, gong competitions, art competitions, beauty contests, male and female stick fighting, tug of war, swing competitions, wrestling, chess, especially this year's festival organizes a singing gala that has won awards in 14 festivals,... imbued with the national cultural identity, attracting many people and ethnic groups in the region to participate.
