Comrade Le Van Luong - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Student Association, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council, representing the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, launched the peak month to welcome the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

Starting from April 23 and ending on May 23, 2021, the competition has the theme "Youth towards the national festival".

The emulation movement creates an exciting atmosphere towards the election day of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term. The province's youth and local authorities strive to ensure that the election is organized democratically, legally, safely, economically, and mobilize voters to vote with the highest rate. Through the emulation movement, it aims to raise awareness of the rights and obligations of citizens, and the responsibility of young people towards the country's important political events.

3.100% of district, city and town Youth Unions; affiliated Youth Unions organize forums with the theme“Youth and the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels”in the union, youth

4.100% of district, city and town Youth Unions; affiliated Youth Unions carry out at least 01 youth project or work to welcomeElection of XV National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputieslevels, term 2021 - 2026.

5.100% of district, city and town Youth Unions; Youth Unions directly under the organization“Young Voters Day”Combining cultural and artistic activities, festivals of revolutionary song propaganda teams, mobilizing union members and young people to understand and actively participate in the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels.
