With the theme "Nghe An Youth are creative and volunteer for the community",Launching Ceremony of the 2020 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaignwas held in Hoa Ly village, My Ly border commune, Ky Son district with many activities demonstrating the determination of the province's youth.

The Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign has been an exciting activity of the young generation that has been inherited and continued for over 20 years. Promote the knowledge and youth strength of young people to participate in solving practical problems

Speaking at the launching ceremony of the 2020 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign of Nghe An youth, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged the positive and effective contributions of generations of youth, in which the summer volunteer campaign always creates a spreading influence, doing many good deeds in the community, highly appreciated by Party committees at all levels, authorities and public opinion.

In order for the 2020 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign to achieve its set goals, comrade Nguyen Van Thong suggested that the Youth Union, Association, and Pioneer organizations at all levels need to closely direct, have programs and plans to coordinate and organize activities in a scientific and specific manner; must be based on the socio-economic development tasks of the province, of each locality and associated with the legitimate needs and interests of young people.

Many meaningful projects and works

Immediately after the launching ceremony, provincial leaders, representatives of the Provincial Youth Union and local authorities attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Hoa Ly Kindergarten. The Youth Union called for support for this project with a total cost of more than 230 million VND.

The youth volunteer force also immediately started building a volleyball court in Hoa Ly village with a budget of 20 million VND. The Provincial Youth Union also coordinated the project of Lighting up the streets in the center of My Ly commune with a budget of 20 million VND.

Youth Union members from local units also volunteered to issue and renew ID cards and provide free medical examinations and treatment for people in My Ly commune. Nghe An Provincial Youth Union presented gifts to officers and soldiers of My Ly Border Guard Station.

The works and tasks of Nghe An youth on the 2020 summer volunteer campaign have a total value of over 400 million VND.

The 2020 Summer Youth Volunteer Program of Nghe An Youth was also organized with many activities such as: gratitude, commemorating the 73rd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day July 27; supporting loans, building economic models for rural youth; participating in new rural construction and many other meaningful works and projects...
