(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 28, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc and Thai Hoa Town Party Committee held a conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Directive 03-CT/TW on Continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh and commending exemplary collectives and individuals.

Pursuant to Directive 03/CT-TW of the Politburo,Party Committee of Provincial AgenciesOver 100% of cadres and party members registered to follow Ho Chi Minh's moral example.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc has received support from 47 TCCS, raising awareness and working methods for cadres, party members and people of communes on hunger eradication, poverty reduction, Party, government and mass organization building, eliminating backward thinking and customs, gradually changing the way of doing business from self-sufficiency to commodity production in accordance with the market mechanism.

Party organizations have sent hundreds of cadres and party members, including many leaders, industry cadres, and party secretaries directly to communes to train them in Party building, mass organizations, state management, and science and technology transfer.

At the conference, the Party Committee Standing Committee commended and honored 13 typical Party organizations in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example.

Implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, people donated 79,141 m²land; expanding, repairing, and concreting 157,247m of rural roads; mobilizing people and businesses to support 17,520 billion VND, participating 42,345 working days. To date, Thai Hoa town has become the first district-level unit in Nghe An to meet the NTM standards.

Donated and supported the “For the Poor” Fund with over 3.2 billion VND; renovated 94 houses, gave 471 gifts to children of poor households to excel in their studies; gave 618 Tet gifts to poor households.

On this occasion, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Thai Hoa town awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 26 individuals with outstanding achievements in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example" in the period 2011 - 2016.
