An inspection at Quang Tien Ward showed that the ward had not yet hung the national flag, and many civil servants did not wear badges. At the Department of Receiving and Returning Results under the “one-stop” mechanism, the ward had not paid attention to ensuring favorable conditions for the people, as shown by the lack of a schedule for handling each type of administrative procedure for the people at a specific time of the week, or the lack of posting of administrative procedures to guide the people.
The management of compliance with working hours of cadres and civil servants at the ward is not strict, because at the time of inspection, some offices were closed and some positions were not present and the office staff assigned to monitor compliance with working hours could not explain who went where and what they did?
Checking books and records, the inspection team also pointed out some limitations such as: not issuing clear annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly work programs and plans to create initiative in work for cadres and civil servants and have a basis for supervising cadres and civil servants.

The working regulations of the Ward People's Committee have not assigned tasks to civil servants according to their positions and jobs in the following departments: finance - accounting; land administration - construction, urban, environment; justice - civil status; have not assigned tasks to non-professional workers to do professional work.
The meetings of the Ward People's Committee have not yet announced the conclusions to serve as a basis for implementation. Although the evaluation of cadres and civil servants in 2017 was quite serious, the number of people classified as having completed their tasks excellently for civil servants was 10/11 civil servants, accounting for over 90%.
During the inspection at Nghia Tien ward, the delegation noted that the work of ensuring office culture was still sloppy, such as there was no agency nameplate, the headquarters did not have the national flag hanging; the hanging of notices and slogans was still messy; hygiene and tidiness in the headquarters were not ensured.
