Thai Hoa Town: Donated 144 million VND to the disabled and orphans
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 11, Thai Hoa Town implemented a livelihood project for people with disabilities and orphan families in Long Son ward.
The livelihood support project in Long Son ward was implemented by Thai Hoa town in 2016, with a total approved amount of over 350 million VND, implementing 5 contents including: Supporting funding for house repairs, raising buffaloes, cows, raising chickens, supporting scholarships, and giving wheelchairs.

At the ceremony, the Steering Committee of the Project to Support People with Disabilities and Orphans in Thai Hoa Town awarded 144 million VND to 5 households to build houses, 2 households to raise breeding buffaloes and cows, 2 households to raise chickens and awarded 8 scholarships to orphans in the ward.
These are gifts to encourage disabled families and poor orphans to have more motivation to excel in life and study.
