On the afternoon of August 21, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held a meeting to evaluate the results of the implementation of the 2019 Work Coordination Regulations and deploy tasks for the coming time. IMPROVE WORK EFFICIENCY

In 2019, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee coordinated in 7 main areas. Including: coordinating in law making and propaganda, mobilizing people; making recommendations and responding to recommendations of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations; monitoring, social criticism, and mediation activities at the grassroots level; ethnic and religious affairs...

According to the assessment of 2 agencies,The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has actively participated in giving comments on documents of the Provincial People's Committee; the work of disseminating and educating the people about the law, patriotic emulation movements, and campaigns in the province continue to be effectively coordinated.

Based on the opinions and recommendations of the Provincial Fatherland Front, the Provincial People's Committee directed the relevant agencies to resolve and respond to recommendations within their authority, which were basically acknowledged by the people. The Provincial People's Committee's recommendations on innovation and improving work efficiency were all accepted and effectively implemented by the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Through supervision, the Provincial Fatherland Front has recommended that the Provincial People's Committee direct departments, branches and local authorities at all levels to overcome shortcomings in management and operation; accept and edit draft documents in accordance with legal regulations and local practical situations.

The two agencies also frankly assessed and acknowledged the shortcomings and limitations of each agency in coordination work;Actively take solutions to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings and limitations related to functions and tasks according to authority.

At the meeting, the departments and branches contributed many ideas to improve the effectiveness of coordination between the two agencies; at the same time, responded to recommendations and proposals according to their authority.

COORDINATION TO IMPLEMENT 6 KEY TASKS

Implementing the Coordination Regulations in the coming time, the two agencies agreed to perform well 6 key tasks. In particular, continuing to coordinate propaganda and mobilize people of all walks of life to effectively implement the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic. Propagating and mobilizing people to participate in contributing ideas to build the documents of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, towards the 13th National Party Congress.

Coordinate to promote patriotic emulation movements and campaigns that contribute to socio-economic development and ensure social security. Coordinate to grasp the public opinion situation, synthesize and resolve according to authority the opinions and recommendations of voters and people. Coordinate to review, compile statistics, and grasp the situation of local children living and working in the country and abroad, encourage and motivate them to build their homeland.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung highly appreciated the effectiveness of the Coordination Regulations of the two agencies and acknowledged the contributions of the Provincial Fatherland Front to the results of socio-economic development, national defense and security in the area.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung said that from now until the end of 2020, amid the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic and carrying out many other important tasks, the Provincial People's Committee still strives to achieve the highest goals of socio-economic development targets.

He hoped that the provincial Fatherland Front would participate more actively in implementing some major policies on economic development of the province. Such as mobilizing people to agree and comply with the State's policies and guidelines on site clearance to facilitate investment attraction. Thereby, contributing to increasing budget revenue, creating jobs, and improving people's lives.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Provincial Fatherland Front to continue to pay attention to attracting resources from Nghe An people across the country to return to their localities to contribute, invest and work. In addition to supporting and helping the poor, it is possible to study supporting those who dare to get rich. Through that, it will contribute to eliminating the habit of waiting and relying on others; arousing the will to rise up and the desire to get rich of the people.
