(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 29, at Bau Sen hamlet, Thanh Giang commune, Thanh Chuong district, the Youth Union of Viettel Nghe An branch coordinated with the Youth Union of the Political Department of Military Region 4 and the Military Command of Nghe An province to inaugurate the "100 Dong House" to present to the family of Major Phan Thi Luan, an employee of the Military Command of Thai Hoa district.

This is a house implemented by the Youth Union of Viettel Nghe An branch, the Youth Union of Military Region 4's Political Department and the Military Command of Nghe An province from the 100 dong saving movement to build the "100 dong house" for families of union members and young people with especially difficult housing and economic circumstances.

The house dedicated to comrade Phan Thi Luan was built on an area of ​​50m2, and was completed after 2 months of construction with a total cost of 120 million VND. Of which, the Youth Union of Viettel Nghe An branch, the Youth Union of Military Region 4's Political Department and the Military Command of Nghe An province supported 70 million VND, the Military Command of Thai Hoa district contributed 30 working days and presented gifts worth 5 million VND. The rest was contributed by the family.
