Vinamilk buys milk for Thai Hoa farmers

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 18, at the People's Committee of Nghia Hoa commune, Thai Hoa town, Nghe An milk factory under Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company Vinamilk organized a contract signing ceremony to buy milk from dairy farmers in the area.

Currently, the dairy herd in Nghia Dan district has 170 cows, Thai Hoa town has 150 cows. At the signing ceremony, in addition to the content of daily fresh milk consumption of households, the participating parties agreed on a number of contents: propaganda and guidance for farmers to raise livestock according to quality standards; application of science and technology in selecting and breeding cows; support knowledge about veterinary medicine and disease prevention for livestock.

Vinamilk's purchase price of raw fresh milk in 2016 is basically the same as in 2015. Vinamilk will not reduce the purchase volume or purchase price if the milk quality meets all required criteria.
