Both loan sharking and forging documents of agencies and organizations

On September 16, Tan Ky District Police (Nghe An) announced that they had successfully dismantled a project to combat illegal activities.black creditand forged documents and papers of organizations, prosecuted and temporarily detained Tran Dinh Hoan (born 1976), residing in block 5, Tan Ky town, Tan Ky district.

Previously, through professional work, Tan Ky District Police obtained information that at Hoan Huy Minh Photocopy Shop (Block 5, Tan Ky Town, Tan Ky District) owned by Tran Dinh Hoan, there was a loan sharking service andforging documents of agencies and organizations.

After verifying and clarifying, Tan Ky District Police established a special project to combat crimes of forging documents of agencies, organizations and loan sharking in civil transactions, and organized forces to grasp the activities of Tran Dinh Hoan.

The subjects operated in a sophisticated manner, concealing their crimes by many tricks: closing the photocopy shop while forging documents to avoid detection by authorities, lending at high interest rates was only agreed upon verbally without showing interest rates on paper, so the fight and handling encountered many difficulties.

However, using synchronous measures, the detectives still closely followed all movements of the subject. On September 8, the Task Force discovered that Hoan was preparing to commit a crime. The Task Force decided to crack the case, deploying forces to catch Tran Dinh Hoan in the act of forging documents of the Tan Ky District Medical Center, which were 02 health certificates at a price of 180,000 VND/01 certificate, and confiscated all the machinery and means that the subject used to commit the crime. At the same time, the photocopy shop was searched to seize documents related to loan sharking in civil transactions.

During the search, the Investigation Police Agency of Tan Ky District Police discovered and seized a number of documents related to loan sharking.

Although the interest rate was not stated on the documents, with the evidence previously collected by the Investigation Agency, along with the fierce struggle, the subject Tran Dinh Hoan confessed that he lent Mr. Tran Tan L. in Tan Ky district 200 million VND with an interest rate of 3,000 VND/1 million/1 day, illegally profiting more than 52 million VND.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Tan Ky District has initiated a criminal case, prosecuted the accused and detained Tran Dinh Hoan for the crime of "Lending at high interest rates in civil transactions and forging documents of agencies and organizations".
