(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 12, Nghia Phuc commune, Tan Ky district held a ceremony to announce the decision to recognize the commune as meeting New Rural standards in 2019.

With the tradition of solidarity and creativity, the Party Committee and people of Nghia Phuc commune have strived to rise up and achieved many proud achievements in the program of building new rural areas.

The poverty rate has dropped to below 4.2%. Education, healthcare, and environmental sanitation have also received attention, with a focus on construction, consolidation, and upgrading.

On this occasion, the collectives and individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee. The Chairman of Tan Ky District People's Committee also awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the new rural construction movement in 2019.
